Currently, production times take 20 business days on average (this is after you have completed the product selection and paid the invoice). While we can usually turn things around faster if you are tight for time, we are unable to process rush orders for the next few weeks.
Our staff's well-being is a priority. So, with rotating staff summer holidays and increased demand, our rush orders have to take a back seat for a little while.
If you need a quick turnaround right now, we are sorry that we can’t help you on this one. We will be back to full capacity in September and ready to rush things through!
