How programs work
What are curated swag packs?
Curated swag packs are swag boxes we've already designed, so the choosing is done. Pick a theme, add your logo, and order it like any other product. Each pack's page shows its own minimum and delivery date, and every product inside was vetted and rated before it made it into our catalog.
Can you build your own swag packs?
Yes. Open any product page, choose Build into a Swag Pack, and add products the way you'd fill a cart. The price is all-in per pack, covering products, decoration, packaging, and hand assembly, and it updates live as you build. Packs start at 25 and ship to you in bulk, or stay with us so you can send them out as people need them.
How do swag pack programs work?
A program is any pack you don't want to send all at once. Order a curated pack in volume or build your own, and we'll assemble the packs, store them, and ship them where you say, when you say. When stock runs low, reorder the same pack.

Can you ship swag packs to individual addresses?
Yes. We can drop-ship your pack to any list of addresses as part of your order, or store them and ship as you go from your dashboard. Employees, clients, branch offices, one address or two hundred, every shipment is tracked.
How do you collect employee addresses for swag shipments?
Upload a CSV in your dashboard, email us a list, or send recipients a link and we collect addresses on your behalf. If people are choosing their own items, a pop-up shop gathers sizes and addresses at the same time. Whichever way is easiest for you.
How long can you store our swag packs?
As long as your program needs. Storage terms are set out in your statement of work, so the arrangement is agreed before anything arrives at the warehouse.
Can we include our own items in a swag pack?
Yes. The occasional item of your own can be added to a pack. We receive it and build it in, and the receiving and pick-and-pack fees are listed in your statement of work before you sign.
Can our swag packs be updated after a rebrand?
Yes. If your brand changes mid-program, we can rework your stored packs so what ships matches who you are now. Talk to us about what's changing and we'll scope it.
Do you ship swag packs outside North America?
Yes, international shipping is available. Fees vary by destination, so tell us where your people are and we'll walk you through it.
Can we pay for swag in CAD or USD?
Yes, both. We work in Canadian and US dollars and ship from warehouses on both sides of the border.
