We have warehouses in both the US and Canada. For our US clients, we store their swag in our US warehouse, and for our Canadian clients, we use our Canadian warehouse. If you have needs in the US and Canada - talk to us about your options!


Instead of shipping your bulk order to you, we can package individual Swag Packs. These packs can then either be sent to you for distribution, or we can drop-ship them directly to each of your recipients. We used recyclable kraft boxes and a fully customizable sticker for the packaging.


If you want a one-stop-shop for warehousing, fulfillment, and getting swag to your team quickly, our Pick-and-Pack service might be for you! We warehouse your decorated product in our fulfillment center and you can easily send us shipment requests using your online inventory management system. Pick-and-Pack offers you the flexibility to send any combination of your swag to who needs it.

When you choose to warehouse with us, we will create a custom dashboard for you. This dashboard app allows you to monitor real-time inventory, make and manage shipping requests, and keep your inventory organized!


For Swag Pack shipments, we allow up to 2 business days for processing once a shipment request has been received. For Pick-and-Pack shipments, we allow up to 3 business days for kitting and assembly. This timeline does not include actual shipping time to the package’s destination.


Yes, we can arrange international shipping for your swag!


We have our fees outlined clearly in a statement of work that we put together at the beginning of your project. That way, you have full transparency about what to expect and there are no surprises. Some services are billed up front at the same time as your swag purchase, while some other fees are handled month over month based on your usage (for example, shipping fees are billed each month based on your actual shipments during that month). Our key account managers will go over all of the fees with you and answer any questions you have.


Yes! The tracking details will be updated on your dashboard once the item(s) ship. If you do not have a dashboard, we will send you tracking information as soon as it is available.
