What's included in the per-pack price?
Everything that goes into your packs. The price in the builder covers the products, decoration with your logo, packaging, and hand assembly, and it updates live as you add items or change quantities. Freight and taxes are the only additions, added at your estimate. The price you see in the builder is the price on your estimate.

What should you know before building a swag pack?
The facts up front, no fine print: every Swag Pack starts at 25 packs, ships in about 30 business days from order approval and payment, artwork uploads when you submit your cart, and product minimums are handled in the builder.

Every Swag Pack starts at 25. The builder shows your per-pack price at whatever quantity you set.
- About 30 business days
Packs are assembled by hand and ship about 30 business days from order approval and payment. They don't follow the delivery dates you see on individual product pages.
- Artwork comes later
You don't upload anything in the builder. Your artwork, including your packaging artwork, is uploaded when you submit your cart, same as any order.
- Product minimums are handled for you
Some products have a minimum higher than your pack count. The builder shows this while you build, and the extras ship to you in bulk or we store them. Your choice at estimate.

How much do custom swag packs cost?
There's no flat price, it depends on what you put in the pack. The builder shows your all-in, per-pack price the moment you start building, and it updates live as you add products or change quantities. That price covers products, decoration, packaging, and hand assembly. Freight and taxes are the only things added later, at your estimate.
What's included in the price of a swag pack?
Four things: every product you choose, your logo decoration on each one, packaging, and hand assembly. The price in the builder reflects all four as you build, so what you see is what you get.
What's not included in the builder price?
Freight and taxes. Those are the only two additions, and our team adds them after you submit your cart, as part of your estimate. They're not part of the live per-pack price while you build.
What's the minimum number of swag packs?
25 packs. Every Swag Pack order starts at 25, and the builder shows your per-pack price at whatever quantity you set from there.
How long do swag packs take to deliver?
About 30 business days from order approval and payment. Packs are assembled by hand, so this timeline runs separately from the delivery dates listed on individual product pages, those don't apply once a product goes into a pack.
When do we upload our artwork?
Not in the builder. You choose products and watch your price update there, then upload your artwork, including packaging artwork, when you submit your cart. Same as any other order.
What happens if a product's minimum is higher than our pack count?
The builder flags it while you build. If a product's minimum order quantity is higher than the number of packs you're building, you still purchase the minimum. The extra units either ship to you in bulk, or, if you're a warehouse client, we store them for you and they show up as inventory in your dashboard.
Can we build more than one swag pack at a time?
Yes. While you're adding products to a pack, you'll see + Start a New Pack at the bottom of the slide-out. Click it, name your second pack, and build it the same way, right in the same session.
